As well as manufacturing our own electronics products we carry out low volume high quality electronics manufacturing on a contract basis. This can be anything from a product modification, to a special cable assembly, a surface mount circuit board or a complete product. We perform “added value” and “modified standards” operations on all electronic products as to our clients specifications. Our service quality and timely delivery are the best in the UK and we can deliver to anywhere in the world. We undertake projects involved in military and defence operations and even public sector electronic manufacturing.

We manufacture our own products for customers in the Defence electronics, Industrial, Communications, Commercial and other markets. This has been the case over the last 21 years and has given us a fantastic background in understanding and meeting all of the different requirements. We also carry out manufacturing work for a variety of customers covering a wide range of product types. We have assembled complex items for microwave electronic communications products, assembled modem testing equipment, assembled power supply units, made complex cable looms and assembled both conventional and surface mount circuit boards.

In addition we also carry out a significant amount of electronics modification work. Customers who produce high volume products in overseas facilities often find that they have customers who want a non-standard electronics products. Frequently it is not possible for their factory to re-tool for a relatively small, but significant, quantity. So we take the standard product and modify it to meet their non-standard requirement. Sometimes this may involve changing one component, maybe a connector, on 200 or more units at a time and on other occasions, maybe replacing 5 or 6 electronic components and retesting the units.
